1. Your agreement with Pal

These terms govern your use of Pal, provided by Wenfeng Zhuo, an individual developer (the “Pal operator,” “we,” or “us”). By accepting these terms in Pal, you agree to them. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and authorized to use every account, dataset, and cloud resource you connect. If you use Pal for an organization, you must have authority to act for it. If you do not agree, do not use Pal.

2. What Pal provides

Pal is a mobile interface for running AI agents such as Claude Code and Codex in your Google Cloud environment. Agents, rather than a Pal-operated AI service, communicate with Anthropic or OpenAI using provider access you configure. Pal does not receive or store agent prompts, conversations, workspace files, Google Workspace content, or tool results on a Pal-operated application server.

Availability depends on your configuration, subscription, network, cloud services, and provider accounts. Pal is independent and is not Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, Apple, or RevenueCat; their names identify compatible services and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

3. Agent authority and your supervision

Agents can run commands, change or delete files, send emails, edit calendars, and use cloud resources. Some actions can run without another approval, including Codex commands and actions previously allowed. Content in files, messages, websites, or tools may mislead agents into unintended actions.

Review instructions, recipients, generated code, permissions, and results. Limit access, configure budgets, and keep independent backups. Closing Pal, logging out, or withdrawing consent does not stop cloud agents or resources. Stop and manage those separately.

4. AI limitations

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, insecure, biased, or outdated. Verify results before relying on them or taking consequential action. Pal does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice and is not an emergency service.

5. Your content and acceptable use

You retain your rights in content you supply. You authorize your agents and connected services to process and transfer information needed for the features and instructions you choose, as described in the Privacy Policy. Rights in AI output depend on provider terms and law; exclusivity and non-infringement are not guaranteed.

You must have appropriate rights and permissions for all content and accounts you use. Do not use Pal for unlawful access, malware, fraud, harassment, infringement, privacy violations, or evasion of security or service restrictions.

6. Cloud and third-party charges

You are responsible for charges through accounts and resources you authorize, subject to applicable law. Google Cloud compute, disks, snapshots, storage, networking, and other services, plus AI provider usage or subscriptions, are billed separately from Pal. Estimates and idle-stop features are not spending caps. Logging out, uninstalling Pal, deleting an agent, or cancelling Pal Pro does not cancel external services or delete cloud resources.

7. Pal Pro subscriptions

The purchase screen and App Store confirmation show the plan, billing period, and price. Payment is handled by Apple, and subscription status is managed through RevenueCat. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through the App Store under its rules. Uninstalling or logging out does not cancel a subscription. Restore Purchases is available in Pal. A Pal subscription does not include Google Cloud or AI provider fees.

Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies except where these terms validly provide additional terms.

8. Third-party services and security

Google Cloud, Google Workspace, Anthropic, OpenAI, RevenueCat, Apple, and other connected services have their own terms and privacy practices. You are responsible for their applicable requirements and for protecting your device, sessions, credentials, tokens, and cloud permissions. No software or network is completely secure.

9. Availability, warranties, and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pal is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To that same extent, the Pal operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profit or data, arising from use of Pal. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or waive mandatory consumer, privacy, or statutory rights.

10. Changes, ending use, and contact

Features may change or become unavailable. Updated terms or material privacy disclosures require renewed acceptance before further use. You may stop using Pal and withdraw the device agreement in Settings → Terms & Privacy. You remain responsible for separately managing agents, cloud resources, provider access, and subscriptions.

For support, legal, or privacy requests, contact palagent.feedback@gmail.com. These terms do not waive mandatory consumer protections, privacy rights, access to courts, or other protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
